Sain Mumtaz, 22 years old, currently lives in Pakistan, who is infected with the Proteus syndrome, characterized by overgrowth of the bones, skin, and other tissues. In his case, the condition effects largely on his skull.
Moreover, he even has swollen legs and hands, which makes his body become extremely imbalanced Sain always believes that God makes him suffer from this disease because that is a punishment for him, which makes him depressed and so sick of it.
Even though he has an unusual appearance but that doesn’t mean people tend to avoid him. Instead of that, the villagers always try their best to find a way to cure his disease, and also support him mentally and physically.
Although they haven’t found any treatments for him yet, still, the endless love from his villagers is the biggest motivation for him to continue his life
Joseph Carey Merrick
Joseph Carey Merrick – 1862, from Leicester, who is also known with a nickname “Elephant man”, and omg…people must be shocked when seeing him in real life When he was born, he looked as normal as other people.
But when he was 2 years old, some weird symptoms started appearing on his body: swellings on his lips, and his skin started to change as well. Eventually, Joseph was also affected due to those signs and becomes a legit monster when he grew up.
His skin becomes thicker and he also experiences some weird symptoms on other parts on his body as well His left hand is normal, but, the right one is abnormal and slowly gets weakened that he can’t even function anymore.
Nonetheless, his head enlarges in size that make people confused a lot. But it’s sad to know that with his unusual appearance, people tend to think that he is a monster and always try to avoid him.

Duangjay Samaksamam
Miss Duangjay Samaksamam, 59 years old, from Surin province, Thailand, is diagnosed with a rare syndrome called – Lipomatous Pseudohypertrophy which makes her arms become swollen and deformed like that Each of her arm weighs up to 9.5kg, and currently, she is known as the person having the heaviest arms in the world
Throughout 50 years, miss Duangjay has fought with her disease so hard Her giant arms make her facing lots of difficulties in her daily life such as showering, brushing her hair or even…walking around Accordingly, there have been no treatments available for this disease, and as she doesn’t want to cut off her arms, so yeah… Duangjay has to accept and learn to deal with her giant arms.
Even though she has gone through 2 surgeries but things don’t seem to be positive at all, instead, it even turns out to be more negative. She said that one of her biggest dreams at the moment is to live a normal life just like everyone else
Devendra Suthar
Devendra Suthar, 43 years old, is a hairstylist from India, who has 28 fingers and toes in total, which has been recorded by the Guinness Book Suthar is infected with a syndrome called – Polydactylism, which makes he has an excessive number of fingers and toes compared to normal people.
Accordingly, he has 7 fingers on each of his hand and 7 toes on each of his foot, in which 2 toes even attach together With this weird condition, Suthar has become more well-known in his village, some people even came to his workplace to see his excessive fingers and toes with their naked eyes, and surprisingly, he is very proud of that Suthar believes that owning many fingers and toes like this is actually a lucky gift for him that he has never thought about cutting them off

Kaleem, 8 years old, his full name is Mohammad Kaleem, currently lives with his parents in the East of India.
He was born with swollen arms and hands, and at the moment, these parts have weighed up to 13kg. Oh god! That is wayyy too sad Because of his overweighted hands, he is often bullied and criticized by his friends.

They tend to think that his giant hands are a curse for himself so that’s why people call him with a nickname “the child of the devil” And unfortunately, his arms and hands are the 2 most inconvenient factors that bother him every day.

He is even recorded by the Guiness Book as the man having the most hair in the world When he was young, Yu was criticized and looked down by people around him After going through lots of ups and downs in his life, he has become more successful and appeared on many TV shows as a model and an actor When people asked him about how he feels about having such a hairy body like this, he said that at first, it was quite annoying, he has tried many waxing methods bur unfortunately, the failures are countless, so that’s why he learns to accept and deal with it, and now, he is 100% happy with his life.

Amar Bharati, a religious man from India, he stated that his right hand has always raised high up in the air since 1973 At the moment, his hands are just basically bones covered with his skin and are unusable.
However, he has become an important symbol to religious people in India who worship the God – Shiva. Before that, Mr Amar was just simply a middle-class man.
However, he was sick of his life and started his journey of wandering in and out of India After 3 years, Amar realized that he was still to bsessed with the materialism in life, so he decided to entirely cut off with it by raising his right hand up for years even tho it’s very painful.

The family of Jesus Aceves, have around 30 people in total, currently live in Mexico, and they are all infected with a rare syndrome called – Hypertrichosis, characterized by excessive hair growth on their faces With a weird appearance, these siblings have to work in a circus to attract and entertain the audiences by letting them taking photos of them.
Even if they get a great amount of salary after working at the circus, but the Aceves family still feels kinda uncomfortable because most of the time they are locked in the circus only As a matter of fact, with a limited physical contact with the social life, sometimes, they even suffer from depression and anxiety, however, that doesn’t mean that they feel unthankful for their life because they still try hard to live a positive and happy life after all
