Elaine Welteroth (US columnist, publisher, best-selling author of The New York Times, Elaine Marie Welteroth) Born on 10 December 1986, she is now a writer at Teen Vogue. Welteroth was named Teen Vogue author in April 2016. It made her the second African American person in Conde Nast’s history of 107-years to have such a title.
